Physcial Therapy services are provided and billing is arranged by our clinic. PRO Physical Therapy & Massage, P.C. participates in most all of the major health insurance plans in the region. The exception is UPMC.  Although we are not a UPMC provider, we see many UPMC patients as equitable payments are easily arranged. Following are the health plans which we currently accept.

Please be aware that many health plans have deductibles and copayments for which you are responsible.

Copayments are due the day of service.

What billing or insurance information will I receive?

​You will usually receive a copy of your bill one to two weeks after your visit.  Once your insurance has paid, we'll provide you with any balance that you owe due to deductibles and co-pays.

How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

Generally,  payment from an insurance carrier is received within 30 days of them receiving your bill.​

​I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill -- but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?

​If we have received any such information from your insurance company, we'll be glad to share it with you. However, for answers to any questions about insurance payments, deductibles, or co-payments, you generally need to check with your insurance company.
